My Story

Stefano Cusin was born on October 28, 1968. He played in France, Switzerland, Italy and Central America. These experiences have created his stamp and have matured him:
"I've realized that there is no one way to win... but many ways with which you can interpret the profession... the means must depend on the context in which you are working..."

He has also travelled around the world for his training commitments:
France, Italy, Cameroon, Congo, Benin, Bulgaria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Palestine and England.

As a trainer, he considers himself, both technically and tactically, 100% Italian...

"Over the years, here in Italy, I have learnt a unique culture: the result comes before anything else!

His training sessions with advanced equipment and new methodologies preparing for matches, his attention to detail, the tactical planning and development of play are all Italian: nothing is left to chance! For the rest, he considers himself a "citizen of the world".

There are no half measures in the ways concerning his work, which becomes a mission, a "full immersion" and together with the players and other collaborators, he becomes part of the panorama and culture of the place in which he finds himself.

He believes that this represents the secret of his life:

I always thought that no matter where you are, when you have to win!

With an eye to the future, technology and study tactics of the biggest teams in the world, I always try to get the best out of the group of people I work with.

It is not just the value of individuals that leads to convincing results. The set of factors such as strength of the club, the training methodology, and the belief of players in the project it's what lets a team grow.
